MEET MY PETS
I have lots of pets of all different sorts. Let me introduce you to them.
THE FURRIES
Dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, hamsters, rats, and mice, I've got all sorts of fluffy and furry pets. The hedgehog may not quite fit, but she goes here too.
FEATHERED FRIENDS
Though at one point I had a rooster rescue and poultry sanctuary, I currently have very few feathered friends. Just some parakeets and a duck. Hopefully I can live somewhere to have more again in the future.
SCALED & NOT-SLIMY
Reptiles have always been some of my favorite pets. That's why I have snakes and lots of lizards.
INVERTEBRATES
They may have started as feeders for my other pets, but my invert collection is slowly growing. Some people may not like creepy-crawlies, but I find them intriguing and I like that they are unusual. I have mealworms, millipedes, roaches, and tarantulas. I also have isopods and springtails, but I have so many different types of them that they got their own page.
ISOPODS & SPRINGTAILS
Isopods are my current addiction, followed closely by springtails. Pill bugs, roly-polies, sowbugs, wood lice, potato bugs, whatever you grew up calling them, isopods aren't just the fun little 'bug' you played with as a kid. They come in a ton of different patterns and colors, and like many other people, my goal is to get a colony of each type. It may be impossible, but we can try. If nothing else, my bioactive enclosures are turning out great with fun little clean-up crews.
